Kettles and Reactors are available in several designs including: electric, hot oil and steam heated. Any bridge mounted vertical mixer configuration desired can be mounted on the kettle/reactor. For maximum heat transfer Reynolds offers its patented helical blade design. This allows unsurpassed serial batch turnover for faster and more even heating and cooling. Standard features include: Electrically heated units come with temperature controllers for each heat zone; custom controls from manual to remote computerized; carbon, stainless steel or special alloys available. Options include a variety of mixer configurations available; sizes from lab and pilot sizes up through 3000 gallons; hydraulic or electric drives.
