Press Out Stations

This hardworking machine is used to move high viscosity or nonflowing products from the mixing vessel to shipping containers, cartridges or other final packing. The vessel is positioned and secured on the machine’s platform. The powerful hydraulic ram pushes a sealed platen into the vessel forcing material out. Multiple safety sensors prevent machine operation if vessel is not secure. Operation may be interrupted and resumed at operator discretion.

Options include: carbon or stainless steel platens; explosion proof controls; fixed height platforms or hydraulically operated variable height platforms; air activated or manual type seals; seals available in Butyl, Viton, Buna, EPDM. Available to 300-ton capacity or more.
